z2bet Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between z2bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the z2bet website located at z2bet.bet ("Service"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all features, functionality, content, and services offered through the z2bet platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and the payment cashier.

By creating an account on z2bet or by continuing to use the Service after any amendment to these Terms is published, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the z2bet platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's specific terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

To open and maintain an account on z2bet, you must meet and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. z2bet will verify your date of birth against your National ID (NID) card as part of the KYC process. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• 1.2You must register as an individual using your own true and complete identity. Registering under a false name, a third party's identity, or using fictitious contact details is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
• 1.3Each individual may hold only one account on z2bet. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and real money balances may be withheld pending investigation.
• 1.4You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in the jurisdiction in which you are located. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using z2bet is lawful in your jurisdiction. z2bet does not make any representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.
• 1.5You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily restricted your own access to online gambling platforms. If you are currently self-excluded from gambling, you must not create or access a z2bet account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Verification

The following requirements apply to account registration and ongoing KYC obligations on z2bet:

• 2.1During registration, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a date of birth, and a password. The mobile number you provide will serve as your primary account identifier for z2bet Login and for receiving OTP verification codes. You must have continuous access to this number.
• 2.2z2bet requires KYC verification before processing a player's first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph of your Bangladesh National ID (NID) card — both front and back. z2bet reserves the right to request additional documentation (e.g. a selfie with your NID, proof of address) if initial verification is inconclusive.
• 2.3You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. z2bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• 2.4z2bet reserves the right to request updated or additional identity verification documents at any time, particularly if there are reasonable grounds to believe that account details have changed or that fraudulent activity has occurred. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
• 2.5Account information must be kept current. If your registered mobile number changes, you must notify z2bet support immediately via live chat. Failure to update contact information in a timely manner may affect your ability to receive OTP codes for login and security verification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions made through the z2bet cashier:

• 3.1The minimum deposit on z2bet is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and ৳500 for bank transfer. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction.
• 3.2Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, Rocket wallet, or bank account) registered in your own name. z2bet will not accept deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, it will be reversed and the associated betting activity may be voided.
• 3.3Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever possible. If the same method is unavailable, z2bet will contact the player to arrange an alternative.
• 3.4Withdrawal requests are processed on a same-day basis during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed at the beginning of the next operating cycle. z2bet targets a processing time of 2-4 hours for verified accounts, though this may extend during high-volume periods such as BPL finals.
• 3.5z2bet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving a withdrawal request, including requesting updated KYC documentation or transaction evidence. This is a fraud-prevention measure and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing by the player.
• 3.6All transactions on z2bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). z2bet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. If a player's payment account operates in a different currency, any currency conversion that occurs is the sole responsibility of the payment service provider, not z2bet.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

z2bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• 4.1Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Any bonus credited to an account belonging to an ineligible player will be void and removed without notice, and any winnings derived from ineligible bonus play will be forfeited.
• 4.2Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. A player is considered "new" at the time of their first deposit into a z2bet account. Welcome bonuses cannot be claimed more than once per person, per household, per device, or per payment account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 4.3Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn. Real money balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
• 4.4z2bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being played through at the time of the change.
• 4.5Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus offer — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — will be treated as a violation of these Terms. z2bet may void any winnings derived from such activity and close the associated accounts.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live in-play betting, and game wagers placed through the z2bet platform:

• 5.1All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the z2bet platform cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of a bet — including the selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming it.
• 5.2z2bet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on specific markets, events, or by specific accounts. Maximum stake limits per event and per market may apply and will be displayed in the betting interface.
• 5.3In the event that a match, event, or game is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, z2bet's settlement rules for that market type will apply. For cricket, if a match is abandoned before a result is reached, bets will generally be settled as void unless z2bet's specific cricket rules state otherwise for a given market.
• 5.4z2bet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, system errors, or internet connectivity issues on the player's end that prevent a bet from being placed or result in an incorrect bet being confirmed. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when placing bets.
• 5.5Odds displayed on z2bet are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet. z2bet is not obligated to honour odds that were displayed in error due to a data feed failure or manifest pricing error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z2bet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• 6.1Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources, using the platform to cycle funds without genuine betting activity, or withdrawing funds to accounts other than the source payment account used for deposits.
• 6.2Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or casino round. This includes, but is not limited to, seat-blocking at live casino tables, chip dumping, and coordinated betting on opposite sides of the same market across multiple accounts.
• 6.3Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, navigate the platform, or exploit any element of the platform's functionality without explicit written permission from z2bet.
• 6.4Attempting to access, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the z2bet platform infrastructure, including but not limited to login systems, payment processing, odds feeds, game engines, or security protocols.
• 6.5Registering or maintaining an account if you are under the age of 21, currently subject to a self-exclusion order, or if you are a z2bet employee, director, contractor, or a member of the immediate family of any such person.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

z2bet may suspend or terminate a player's account under the following circumstances:

• 7.1z2bet may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a security threat to the account or the platform. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit, or withdraw.
• 7.2A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting z2bet support via live chat. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• 7.3In cases of confirmed fraud, abuse, or Terms violation, z2bet reserves the right to permanently close an account, void all pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold any real money balance pending a full investigation. Players have the right to raise a formal dispute through z2bet's support channel.
• 7.4Players who close their accounts under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming arrangement may not re-register for a new account during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in the new account being closed and any deposits being returned.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the z2bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces provided by third-party studios, and all other intellectual property — is the property of z2bet or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content from the z2bet platform without express prior written consent from z2bet. Unauthorised use of z2bet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z2bet's liability to you in connection with the platform and this Agreement is limited as follows:

• 9.1z2bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from technical failures beyond z2bet's reasonable control.
• 9.2z2bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of real money deposits made by you to z2bet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 9.3Nothing in these Terms limits z2bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

z2bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools. These responsible gaming controls are available to every registered player from the Account Settings section after login and take effect immediately upon saving.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which z2bet operates. In the event of a dispute between z2bet and a player, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through z2bet's customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the relevant jurisdiction. z2bet's decisions on account matters, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final and binding unless successfully overturned through the formal dispute process.
